Delete Your PubHub Rewards Account

1) How to request account deletion

Send an email to to.arsalanali@gmail.com with the subject line "PubHub Rewards — Delete My Account".

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once deletion is complete.

2) Information to include in your request

To help us locate and verify your account, please include the following in your email:

• The Google email address you used to sign in to PubHub Rewards
• Your Google account UID (if known — you can find this in the app under your profile settings)

3) What will be deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Your account and profile information
• Accumulated points / rewards balance
• Activity history (tasks completed, rewards claimed, etc.)
• Any other personal data linked to your account

4) What may be retained and for how long

Certain data may be retained after a deletion request where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Fraud prevention and security logs — retained for up to 12 months from the date of the last relevant event, as required to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Aggregated / anonymised analytics — data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
• Legal compliance records — if we are required by applicable law to retain certain records, we will do so for the duration required by that law.

Retained data is handled securely and used only for the specific purposes described above.
