Asia spans a wide time band, so what counts as overlap depends on where in the region you are: Singapore and Islamabad sit close to our own hours, Tokyo and Sydney are further out. We confirm the real overlap on the first call and set a standing time from there instead of assuming one schedule covers the whole continent.
